**Processing Time:** Custom-made word signs are created within 2-4 business days, plus shipping time. Custom state-shaped and USA-shaped maps may take up to 2 weeks during busy seasons.

**Estimated Shipping Times:** - North America: 3-7 business days While I will do my best to meet these shipping estimates, I cannot guarantee them. Once an order has left my business, I am not responsible for any shipping delays. For any issues, please get in touch with the shipping company directly.

**Customs and Import Taxes:** Please note that shipping is only available within North America.

NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM-MADE ORDERS

Returns: If we make an error, the customer will not be charged to repair or replace the order.
